By downloading, installing, or using the Sog'lom AI application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Sog'lom AI is an AI-powered food calorie tracker that uses on-device and cloud-based artificial intelligence to estimate the calorie and macronutrient content of food from photos. The app also provides step counting, daily nutrition tracking, and AI-generated recommendations.

2. AI Estimates Disclaimer

Important: All calorie and macronutrient values provided by the app are estimates generated by artificial intelligence. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary advice. The app is intended for general informational and wellness tracking purposes only.

Do not rely on the app for medical nutrition therapy or clinical dietary decisions.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional for specific dietary needs.
AI accuracy depends on image quality, lighting, and food type.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available via monthly subscription.
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing, Payme, or Click depending on your platform.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled according to the respective payment provider's refund policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models.
Upload harmful, offensive, or non-food content to the AI analysis system.
Abuse the free tier limits through automated means or multiple accounts.
Interfere with the app's servers or infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its AI models, design, code, and content are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your meal data and photos remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any health decisions made based on the app's AI estimates.
We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The cloud AI (VLM) feature requires an internet connection and depends on our server availability. The offline AI model works without internet.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases, but you may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
