Sog'lom AI ("we", "our", "the app") is an AI-powered food calorie tracker built by an independent developer in Uzbekistan. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Account data — email address and display name when you sign in with Google. Used solely for authentication and syncing your data across devices.
Food photos — images you take or select for calorie analysis. Photos are processed on-device by the local AI model. When the cloud AI (VLM) is used, the image is sent to our server (api.soglomai.com) for analysis and is not stored after processing.
Meal logs — food names, calorie and macronutrient values, timestamps. Stored locally on your device and in your private Firebase Firestore collection.
Step count — read from your device's pedometer sensor. Never uploaded to any server.
Device info — anonymous crash reports via Sentry (device model, OS version, stack traces). No personal identifiers are included.

2. How We Use Your Data

Display your personal calorie and nutrition dashboard.
Analyze food images to estimate calories and macronutrients.
Improve the AI model accuracy (only aggregated, anonymized statistics).
Diagnose and fix bugs via crash reports.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We use the following services:

Firebase (Google) — authentication and data storage. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Sentry — crash reporting. Subject to Sentry's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare — CDN and tunnel infrastructure. No user data is stored by Cloudflare.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your meal data is stored in Firebase Firestore with security rules that restrict access to your own account only. Food photos sent for VLM analysis are transmitted over HTTPS and discarded immediately after processing — they are not stored on our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided data, contact us to have it removed.

6. Your Rights

Access & export — all your data is visible in the app. You can export meal history at any time.
Deletion — you can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion within 7 business days.
Correction — you can edit any meal entry directly in the app.

7. Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing, Payme, or Click. We do not store your payment card details. Payment processing is handled entirely by the respective payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
