Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Sog'lom AI account and all associated data directly from the app. Follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Sog'lom AI app on your phone.

Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar, gear icon).

Scroll down and tap "Akkauntni o'chirish" (Delete Account).

Confirm deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently removed.

Warning: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, the following data cannot be recovered:

Data That Will Be Deleted

Account information — email, name, profile settings
Meal logs — all food entries, calorie and macronutrient history
Preferences — dietary goals, allergies, notification settings
Premium status — subscription data (if applicable)
Support chat history — all messages with the support bot

Step count data is stored locally on your device and is not affected by account deletion.

Data Retention

After account deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed from our Firebase servers within 24 hours. Anonymous crash reports (Sentry) do not contain personal identifiers and are retained for debugging purposes.
